NO STAND IS DEEMED BOOKED UNTIL PAID FOR
Trolleys / barrows will not be permitted in the Hall once the fair is open to the general public and for the duration of the fair
Exhibitors will exhibit no modern or reproduction items (with the exclusion of certain items at Frock Me!)
Exhibitors will not attempt to trade in the unloading area
Exhibitors will abide by any instructions given them by the Stewards, Hall Staff and Parking Attendants
Exhibitors must have their stand set up by the advertised opening time
Exhibitors must stay until the advertised close of the fair and will not commence packing prior to the hall being cleared of members of the publicExhibitors must not set up any tables or place items in gangways or in front of fire exits
It is the Exhibitor's responsibility to ensure that his/her table is erected properly and that his/her display is safe and secure
It is the Exhibitor's responsibility to insure his/her stock against theft or damage
All electrical goods (whether for sale or not) must be fitted with 3 core wire & must be earthed
All halogen lamps must be protected by an appropriate glass or wire mesh guard
The Organiser shall not be liable or responsible for and the Exhibitor shall make no claim against the Organiser in the respect of any loss or damage howsoever caused to any goods, or any accidents arising from any such equipment or goods. The Organiser shall not be held responsible for circumstances that effect the fair which are beyond his control.
The Organiser's word is final in all decisions concerning the Fair
Alteration Policy:- Once a booking has been made it can only be altered on payment of £10 alteration fee
Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations in writing or by telephone up to one week prior to the Fair - £10 charged for administration costs; within seven days of Fair - no refund no exceptions
